Freeze the pan before use, pour on the base, add chopped fruit, biscuits or sauce, and use a spatula to spread, mix and roll. Besides rolled ice cream, it is great for frozen yogurt, sorbet and other quick frozen treats, and there is no electricity or machine needed.
Cleaning is easy: let the pan come back to room temperature and wash it with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Store it flat in the freezer so it is ready whenever you fancy a treat.
