Want to know where your order is? Here is how to check.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order has shipped, we send you an email with a tracking link. Click the link to see the latest status of your parcel. Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check your account
Did you order with an account? Log in at your account to see your orders and their status.
Good to know
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You receive the tracking link after that.
- It can take 1–3 days before a tracking link shows the first update.
- If you ordered several products, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
