Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs
- Orders under €55: €6.95
- Orders of €55 or more: free shipping
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Your order is shipped directly to you by our partner warehouses, mostly from China and for some products from Europe. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days, depending on the product and where it ships from. Some products ship from a European warehouse and arrive faster. During holidays and busy periods, delivery can take a little longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Multiple packages
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay shipping once.
Customs and import costs
Our prices include VAT (BTW) where applicable. Import VAT is handled before shipping, so normally you will not have to pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import costs, contact us first and we will sort it out.
Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, or the tracking has not updated for a long time, please email us at timgjaltbouma@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a refund.
