Refund policy

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts on the day after you, or someone you designate, receive the product. If your order arrives in several parts, the period starts the day after you receive the last item.

To cancel, use the Cancel your order button at the bottom of every page, or send us a clear statement by email to timgjaltbouma@gmail.com before the 14 days have passed. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email.

Returning the product

After you notify us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. Send the product to our return address: TGB Home & Decor (Livora Home), Hogendijk 53c, 1506 AD Zaandam, Netherlands. Please include your order number in the package.

• Return the product complete, with all accessories, and if possible in its original packaging.
• You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
• The cost of returning the product is paid by you, unless the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
• We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used for the order. We may wait to refund you until we have received the product back, or until you show proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we do not refund the extra cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. Your legal rights under Dutch consumer law (conformity) always apply, also after the 14 day period.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned if they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
