1. Who we are

This online store, livorahome.nl, is operated by TGB Home & Decor, trading as Livora Home, Hogendijk 53c, 1506 AD Zaandam, Netherlands. KvK number: 42186220. Email: timgjaltbouma@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every order placed with us. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights that Dutch and EU consumer law give you; nothing in these terms limits those rights.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or size compared to the photos can occur. All prices are in euros and include VAT (BTW) where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We are not bound by obvious mistakes or typing errors in prices or descriptions.

4. The agreement

The agreement is made when you complete your order and we confirm it by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount you paid within 14 days.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. The delivery times given are estimates. If delivery takes longer than 30 days after your order, you may cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. How this works is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty and conformity

Our products must meet the agreement and the specifications stated on the website, and must be suitable for normal use. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights. Damage caused by incorrect use, wrong installation or normal wear is not covered. Electrical lights must be installed according to the instructions; have them fitted by a qualified electrician if you are unsure.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email us at timgjaltbouma@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands, or to the court where you live.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow this limitation.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements with us. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
