As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
How it works
- Let us know within 14 days. The period starts on the day after you receive the product (or the last product, if your order arrives in parts). Send us a clear message by email to timgjaltbouma@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Return and Refund Policy, but this is not required.
- We send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, as our products ship from different warehouses.
- Return the product within 14 days after notifying us, complete and if possible in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
- You get your money back within 14 days of your cancellation, including the standard shipping costs, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or proof that you sent it.
Good to know
- You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that, we may deduct the loss in value.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal has been broken.
