Payment methods
You pay for your order at checkout. All available payment methods are shown there before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (BTW). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout: €6.95 for orders under €55, free for orders of €55 or more within the Netherlands.
When is my order processed?
Your order is processed as soon as we have received your payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment failed?
If your payment did not go through, no order has been placed. You can try again or choose a different payment method. Has an amount been debited but you did not receive a confirmation? Email us at timgjaltbouma@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to the same payment method you used for your order, within 14 days. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.
