Heat it on a medium-low setting for three to five minutes, add oil and turn the heat down slightly before adding your food; once the food releases from the base, you can turn it and raise the heat again. With this simple technique, food browns beautifully and releases easily, and the surface will not wear off over time.
The pan works on induction and gas hobs, as well as other common stovetops. It is sold without a lid. Clean it with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, and dry it after washing to keep it looking its best.
