The board is made from thick, food-grade PP plastic that is durable, hard-wearing and gentle on knife blades. It measures about 39 x 29 cm, giving you plenty of room to work, while the storage tray measures about 39 x 9 x 6 cm. A non-slip underside helps keep the board steady while you cut, which makes chopping safer and more comfortable. The bright candy colours add a cheerful touch to the kitchen and make it easy to use different boards for different foods.
Cleaning is simple: rinse both parts under warm water with a little washing-up liquid and leave them to dry. The board is light enough to take along for picnics, camping trips or barbecues.
