The rectangular rack measures about 19.3 x 13.5 x 4.6 cm and fits many rectangular air fryer baskets; check the inside dimensions of your appliance before ordering. It is made from stainless steel with a thickened, welded edge that keeps its shape at high temperatures and holds a good amount of food without bending. Because it raises food off the bottom of the basket, excess fat can drip away, giving you lighter results.
After cooking, simply place the rack in the dishwasher or wash it by hand with warm soapy water.
